Thunderball Run
The Thunderball Run 2003 will make its first annual public run from an undisclosed location starting on the east coast and finishing in Long Beach, California. Up until now it has been a private rally, we started with 6 motorcycles in 1986 and over the years we grew to 25 motorcycles. With this many bikers already running the rally, we decided to open the rally to anyone who thinks they have what it takes to run in a Thunderball.

The Thunderball Run 2003 will be limited to 100 motorcycles.

The Thunderball is not about speeding, it's about having a great time, it's about meeting new people, it's about collecting your bonus points and it's about competing for the prize of $25,000. The Thunderball takes place over a 4 day period. You will average roughly 730 - 850 miles per day, spending roughly 12 hours per day on the road. To the newbie this seems like a lot of miles and time, To the experienced LD rider this is a cake walk, WRONG! Don't let the mileage fool you. This is an endurance rally. The Thunderball is considered the hardest run for the money rally out there. Each leg of the trip will include numerous stops where you collect bonus points. You must collect ALL bonus points and cross the finish line with the best time in order to win.
